Neurovascular Interaction and Exercise Training for Bone Regeneration

چکیده
The nervous and vascular systems are widely distributed in the skeletal system play an important role bone metabolism formation, respectively. Their independent impact on has received keen attention bone-related research over decade. However, mechanism of neurovascular coupling during physiological remodeling regeneration recently been highlighted, considering importance spatial relationships between bone-associated nerves blood vessels. In addition, positive effect exercise bones continuously emphasized, as evident by improved number function vessels following training. Skeletal nerve-vascular crosstalk training essential for development regeneration, respectively; however, interactions not yet studied. This review aims to summarize regulatory roles highlight a combination potential cellular processes neurogenesis angiogenesis regeneration. Moreover, given significance relationship training, this discuss that occurs physical activity.

Exercise Training and Bone Mineral Density
The effect of exercise training on total and regional bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal women is reviewed. Several studies on the non-estrogenreplete postmenopausal population show 1-2% changes in regional BMD with one year of weight-bearing exercises. Studies of exercise training in the estrogenreplete postmenopausal population suggest large BMD changes. The long-term effect of exer...
متن کاملInteraction of the effects between vitamin D receptor polymorphism and exercise training on bone metabolism.
Bone metabolism is strongly influenced by heredity and environmental factors. To investigate interaction of the effects between vitamin D receptor polymorphism by Fok I and resistance exercise training on bone metabolism, young male subjects with FF genotype (F, n = 10) and Ff or ff genotypes (f, n = 10) followed 1 mo of weight training, and changes in bone metabolism were compared. An addition...
متن کاملLow Intensity Exercise Training Improves Skeletal Muscle Regeneration Potential
PURPOSE The aim of this study was to determine whether 12 days of low-to-moderate exercise training at low altitude (598 m a.s.l.) improves skeletal muscle regeneration in sedentary adult women. METHODS Satellite cells were obtained from the vastus lateralis skeletal muscle of seven women before and after this exercise training at low altitude. They were investigated for differentiation aspec...
متن کاملEffects of diet and exercise training on neurovascular control during mental stress in obese women.
Since neurovascular control is altered in obese subjects, we hypothesized that weight loss by diet (D) or diet plus exercise training (D + ET) would improve neurovascular control during mental stress in obese women. In a study with a dietary reduction of 600 kcal/day with or without exercise training for 4 months, 53 obese women were subdivided in D (N = 22, 33 +/- 1 years, BMI 34 +/- 1 kg/m2),...
متن کاملEffects of exercise training on neurovascular control and skeletal myopathy in systolic heart failure.
Neurohormonal excitation and dyspnea are the hallmarks of heart failure (HF) and have long been associated with poor prognosis in HF patients. Sympathetic nerve activity (SNA) and ventilatory equivalent of carbon dioxide (VE/VO2) are elevated in moderate HF patients and increased even further in severe HF patients. The increase in SNA in HF patients is present regardless of age, sex, and etiolo...
